Service Description
Ameen NetCafe provides digital services including but not limited to online job applications, CV creation, scanning, lamination, PVC card printing, and document printing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all applications and documents. Ameen NetCafe is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the data provided by the user.
Payment Terms
All services are subject to payment as per the current rates displayed at the cafe. Payments must be made at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
Limitation of Liability
Ameen NetCafe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to job application outcomes or data loss due to external portal failures.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with local legal procedures.
